Payment Conditions:
- A 30% deposit payment is needed via bank transfer within 5 days after confirmation of the reservation. The rest is due to be paid when ckeck in
- Payment of the deposit can be made: by bank transfer, stating your reservation number and the reservation holder. The second way to pay is by credit card through the Simplebooking online booking system (Book Now button). The deposit amount of 30% of the total amount will be withdrawn from your card within 5 business days.
- The hotel reserves the right to reduce the discount rate according to the achieved occupancy.
Conditions for cancellations:
Free cancellations:
- Until 10.12.2024 for bookings that include an overnight stay on 25.12.2024 and/or 31.12.2024.
Cancellations with penalty
- Cancellations outside the above time limits or non-arrival – the penalty is the amount of the deposit paid.
- In case of early departure – the penalty is 1 night of the respective package, but not less than the deposit paid.
