Payment Conditions:
- A 30% deposit payment is needed via bank transfer within 5 days after confirmation of the reservation. The rest is due to be paid when check in
- The second way of payment is by credit card through the Simplebooking online booking system (book now button). The deposit amount of 30% of the total amount will be withdrawn from your card within 5 working days.
- The hotel reserves the right to reduce the discount rate according to the achieved occupancy.

- Up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations with penalty
- Cancellations outside the above time limits or non-arrival – the penalty is the amount of the deposit paid.
- In case of early departure – the penalty is 1 night of the respective package, but not less than the deposit paid.
